I do recall noticing that the grass was in desperate need of water about a week ago. In hindsight, leaving it in front of the sunny window out of sight behind my curtain was not a great idea.
The grass has since been relocated to the incubation unit in the washroom and heavily watered.

haha! sweet pillow! where on earth did you get that?? ;)
Hahaha, I know, it's like the best gift I ever got!
ew i am so disappointed w/ your grass. it looks like hair bulb transplant thingies. all wispy and frail. it doesn't look fresh healthy thick and strong. you couldn't do crop circles in that mess!! it looks flimsy!!! i am beside myself in grief.
The severe drought caused the grass to shrink and lose its strength resulting in its current wispy and frail composure. Hopefully, after its stay in my intensive care unit and with a nice trimming, it can be restored.
